They think ,it’s the darkest phase of life.It all depends on us .I also faced failure ,and went into depression.

Let’s us go through some details about depression :

1.The person in the depression feels like he is the only one who is in dark phase and all the problems are targeting me .

2.He always tries to stay away from people .

3.The thoughts running in his mind makes him weak both physically and mentally.

4.They have low self-esteem.

5.Always think I can’t do anything and tit for none and I’m a loser.

Let’s go through how to overcome depression.

1.Whenever we are in depression ,share your feelings to your loved ones .

2.Sharing your feelings will reduce the burden that we feel.

3.Try to visit sacred places and do meditation ,which fills us with positive energy .

4.You may visit city outskirts where greenary is seen .Sit there and enjoy the nature’s beauty.

This will make us mentally feel good. The fresh air ,smell of soil and sounds made by birds ,makes us happy.

5.Never sit alone with keeping hands and legs closer ,this makes us to go into more depression

6.Do your favorite work like painting, dancing ,eating food etc.this makes us to stay away from negative thoughts.

7.Stay away from negative people who always disappoint you.

Ok ok ….that’s enough I think so and these are my experiences that I overcame and written in this article .

If anyone asks me ,how I overcome depression ,the answer is just I go far from home and eat my favorite food and sleep.

Last but not least ,hope ,self confidence and faith in you are the best medicines to cure depression and negativity .
